The closest airport to the Cape is Boston Logan. Flights leave regularly from all London airports, with more affordable options going via Ireland and Iceland.
You can also fly into New York and get the train from Penn Station to Boston South Station. It is a very pretty train journey and takes about 4 and a half hours. Train tickets can be booked at amtrak.com.
